Yes, thanks, I have an LLC registered with the State. I want to sell baked goods at Farmers Markets & was told I needed a Bakers License, no idea about this License I have the LLC & EIN, talked to DOA to ask if they would inspect my kitchen at my home & he said no need unless I was selling out of other Stores needing labeling which I do not.

I sell strictly on holidays & thought I would try Farmers Markets I will have to call tomorrow, it does not have a "Baking License" on the Business Category of the quiz I will just have to call the Govt Site # tomorrow, this site is not specific for State.

I already have my Ficticious Name LLC & my EIN#. All I need to know is what other License I need to sell locally from my home & Farmers Markets.
